Coteau Des Prairies Hospital
The Coteau Des Prairies Hospital, located in Sisseton, used REED Funds to construct an addition to the hospital for new services in cardiac rehabilitation and physical therapy.
Eastside Carwash
Eastside Carwash of Milbank, SD used funds to expand the business to include auto detailing and an automated “drive-through” bay.
Grant Deuel School
Financing was used for an expansion to the Grant- Deuel School in Revillo. A “Distance Learning Laboratory”, a Community Library, large and small conference rooms, a secondary computer lab, an elementary computer lab, and a “Multi-Media Workroom” were all added as part of this project.
Ron's Equipment Painting Inc.
Ron's Equipment Painting, a Milbank, SD company, used financing to buy and remodel a larger facility. The business is able to accomodate large trucks and equipment. They have three paint booths, one 30' x 60' and two are 30' x 40'. The prep area is 100' x 80' and the wash bay is 30' x 80'.
Schmidts Landing
Schmidt's Landing Resort, located on Big Stone Lake, used financing to help construct 10 full service RV parking pads with electric, water and sewer hookups.
Shady Beach
Shady Beach Supper Club, located on Big Stone Lake, used REED financing to expand the banquet facilities to host larger groups, such as weddings, anniversaries, Christmas parties and business parties.
Town of Revillo
The town of Revillo used loan funds to construct a building which houses a community facility and fire hall. The facility includes a meeting room, restrooms, kitchen, library, and storage space for fire equipment.
Western Consolidated Cooperative
Western Consolidated Cooperative used loan funds to aid in the construction of a 1.1 million bushel grain terminal west of Milbank, SD. In addition to the enclosed storage there is a 2.2 million bushel piling system connected to the main terminal. There is also a 10,000 bu/hr grain dryer next to the main terminal. This facility is equipped with a 120' scale, two 1,000 bushel grain pits and two 20,000 bu/hr. unloading legs. There is 80,000 bu/hr. capacity for loading 110- car shuttle trains, which are transported by BNSF Railways. This type of loading capacity with the use of our circle tract is able to load a shuttle train in 7 to 8 hours.
